To reset your NetAtmo relay, locate the relay unit’s reset button, usually found on the side or back of the device. Press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds until the relay resets and the LED indicator flashes. Release the button and wait for the relay to restart. After resetting, you may need to reconfigure the relay via the NetAtmo app to restore connectivity.
